WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours, with a maximum of 3 business days during peak times.

The standard delivery time is 7-15 business days for customers in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU. Please note that during the Christmas season, which is our busiest period, there may be unexpected delays in dispatching and shipping your orders.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within the first 12 hours after they have been placed. After this 12-hour window, any requests for cancellation or modification may be rejected. If you encounter any issues with your order or notice any errors in the shipping address immediately after checkout, please contact us at info@revorie.com

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PROVIDE AN UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS?

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. Revorie cannot be held responsible for orders that are not delivered due to an undeliverable address provided during checkout. If an undeliverable address is provided, the order may not be delivered to the intended location, and all associated costs will be the buyer's responsibility. If you realize there is an error in the shipping address after completing the checkout process, it is your responsibility to inform us within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info@revorie.com.
